2017 League Permits on Sale February 6
Applications may be submitted in-person at our headquarters (536 N. Harlem Avenue, River Forest, IL 60305) starting at 8am. The building and parking lot will open at 7:30am.
Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis within 14 business days. To pay for the $25 application fee, applicants may use cash, check, and credit card (Visa or MasterCard). No permit will be issued at the time of submission on February 6.
After February 6, applications will be accepted via USPS mail, email or fax.

League Permits are required for activities by organized groups and/or sports leagues, regardless of attendance, that take place on Forest Preserves of Cook County designated fields. Sport activities include, but are not limited to games, practices, events, classes and etc. Activities for which the field will be lined or marked must use designated field areas. Sporting events with 400+ persons must apply for a Special Event Permit.
Also, in conjunction with a sport activity/event, if your organization/group wishes to use a picnic grove/shelter, generator, canopy tent, etc., additional permit(s) and special use fees will be required.
