Description:

Join us to document Cook County’s biodiversity in the City Nature Challenge. Hundreds of cities worldwide will compete to see who can make the most observations of urban flora and fauna, find the most species, and get the most people participating.  We will use iNaturalist.org or the iNaturalist app to take photos that will be added to the challenge.

We will also be offering a chance to journal. Nature journaling improves observational skills and memory, connecting you to nature in a new way.  For artists and non-artists alike, come join us to try this rewarding practice.

All participants are required to wear masks and practice physical distancing.
