Fall Equinox Wellbeing Celebration

Celebrate the balance of light and dark on the Fall Equinox through mindfulness and movement in nature. Balance your wellbeing with yoga, meditation, breathwork, intention setting and freestyle dancing led by Irma Vazquez, CYT, SPHR. Two sessions available, same offerings at both sessions. All levels.
