Join us for a free outdoor yoga class surrounded by nature. This yoga class is for both experienced beginners and intermediate students looking to build strength, flexibility, and improve overall wellness. A variety of yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation will be taught. The teacher will give guidance and options so all students can practice safely. Ages 12 & up. Taught by Heather Liecker.
All participants are required to wear masks and practice physical distancing.
