Volunteer

Linne Woods

Linne Woods features a variety of spring and summer wildflowers with a canopy of oaks and hickories and an understory of ironwood and black cherry. Help remove buckthorn and other weedy species, protecting the native woodland ecosystem.

Linne Prairie

This 30-acre prairie has been impacted by agriculture, garbage dumping, and used for limestone spoil. Volunteers have dedicated themselves to restoring this land and protecting the adjacent high-quality prairie remnant, oak-hickory forest, and riparian areas from invasive species and other threats. Experience the beauty of its re-establishment and the return of wildlife.
