The Corporate budget request, which funds the day-to-day operations of the District, is $65.2 million, which is $3 million more than the Fiscal Year 2021 Corporate budget. This includes a transfer of $17.1 million from the Corporate Reserve Fund to address loss of revenue due to the COVID-19 pandemic, rising expenses, deferred maintenance, an aging fleet, and available property for land acquisition.
