Permit requests may be submitted in person at Forest Preserves General Headquarters (address and hours below), by fax (708-771-1071) or via email (fpd.permits@cookcountyil.gov).

The Forest Preserves General Headquarters is currently open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking an appointment.
