Join us as we learn the various aspects of Capoeira (an Afro-Brazilian martial art) at a basic level and in a safe environment. We will integrate movement, music, rituals and history into this art form. All ages are welcome. The class is free and will be held indoors. Walk-ins are welcome, but please try to arrive by 2 pm.
