The Energy of Water: A Forest Therapy Walk
Join us as we gather with a grounding exercise that explores the movement of water all around us. Participants will be guided through the walk discussing the ecosystems and how they help to sustain us. We will end the walk with a tea ceremony and a water mandala activity.
